The Clinton County Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing in the large conference room at Clinton County Satellite Offices, 226 11th St. DeWitt, Iowa at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 18, 2017. Said hearing is to consider the following applications:


1. Variance Application 4044 of Ernie Aronson requesting to construct a Machine Shop which will encroach into the Front and Rear yard setback required by section 3.6.8.F of the Clinton County Zoning Ordinance. 2. On Thursday, May 25th, 2017 at 9:00 a.m., the Regional Planning Affiliation 8 (RPA 8) will hold a Public Hearing for approval of Final RPA 8 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) 2040.



The public is invited to submit their input. The Public Hearing will be held at East Central Intergovernmental Association., Community room, 7600 Commerce Park, Dubuque, Iowa. This facility is accessible under the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.



The LRTP will provide future needs-based project justification for all transportation programs and projects cover a thirty-year period and provide a discussion of transportation needs including recommended projects to be included in the local Transportation Improvement Program (TIP).



The Final RPA 8 2040 LRTP Transportation Plan is currently available for review at the office of the Regional Planning Affiliation 8, ECIA, 7600 Commerce Park, Dubuque, Iowa.
