CITY OF CAMANCHE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Camanche Planning and Zoning Commission will meet at the Camanche City Hall 818 7th Avenue, Camanche, Iowa on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at 7:00 PM, at which time a public hearing will be held to enlist public input on a proposed Amendment to Chapter 18 Zoning 18.08.460 to define Street Line in order to better align with Iowa State Code, 18.60.015 Accessory Building to direct garage size of attached garages to 18.24 and 18.24 R-1 Urban Residential District to define the allowable size of attached garages.
