NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED CONVEYANCE OF THE NORTH/ SOUTH ALLEY ADJACENT TO 78 31ST AVENUE NORTH LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS ELIJAH BUELLS ADDITION, BLOCK 8, RANGE 3, INCLUDING LOTS 1 TO 8, 13, 14, 15 AND 16 TO SILENT E INVESTMENTS LLC FOR $267.20
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at the Clinton City Hall, 611 South 3rd Street, Clinton, Iowa, before the Clinton City Council for the purpose of soliciting written and oral comments on the proposal to convey the 16.5-foot wide north/south alley adjacent to 78 31st Avenue North (legally described as the adjacent to Elijah Buell's Addition, Lots 1 to 8, Block 8, Range 3, 23 foot strip adjacent on north and south 30 feet of Lot 13, and all of Lot 14, Block 8, Range 3, south 85 feet of Lots 15 and 16, Block 8, Range 3, south 85 feet north/south alley adjacent and 21 foot strip of 31st Avenue North abutting on south except the east 13 feet of Lots 2 to 7 and except 496 square feet in northeast corner of parcel) to Silent E Investments LLC for $267.20.
A copy of the petition may be obtained from the City Clerk's Office in City Hall, 611 South 3rd Street, Clinton, Iowa.
