CITY OF CLINTON REVISED NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING “Demolition of Structures-Demolition, 655 1st Ave., 701 1st Ave., 549 3rd Ave. So., 717 So. 5th St., 508 7th Ave. So., 432 9th Ave. So., 635 9th Ave. So. and 935 11th Ave. So., Project K-2024, Phase I” Bids will be considered by the Clinton City Council at its meeting in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 611 South 3rd Street, Clinton, Iowa, on the 12th day of August, 2024. The City Council may award a contract at said meeting or at such other time and place as shall then be announced. Any interested person may appear in person or submit their comments in writing at said public hearing.
