Members Present: Megan Dove, Natalie Fullick, Mike House, Matt Lorenzen, James McDonnell, Curt Miller and Superintendent Golden. Andy Fergurson was absent
Call to Order: Board President House called the meeting to order at 5:00 P.M.
Mission Statement: McDonnell read the mission statement.
Consent Agenda: Motion #1833-2-23-26, McDonnell moved, seconded by Miller, to approve the consent agenda along with the addendum. The motion was adopted 6-0.
Classified and Certified Employee Changes: Hired Rebecca Lewison as Bluff Paraeducator with a salary of $14.51/hr. Resignations from Jennifer Kasterke as CMS Math Teacher effective June 2, 2026, and Abilgail Temple as CHS Assistant Cheer Coach. Retirements from Debra Moore as Jefferson Title I Teacher and TLC PLC Leader effective June 2, 2026; Benjamin Logan as Eagle Heights Vocal Music Teacher effective June 2, 2026; Robin Paulline as CHS Primary Secretary effective February 13, 2026; and Theresa Williams as Administration Center Human Resources Executive Assistant effective June 30, 2026.
- Contract with RelayHub LLC for a period of July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2029.

School Budget: CFO Cindy McAleer presented the district budget
New Business:
1. Public Hearing #1 - Budget: Motion #1834-2-23-26, moved McDonnell, seconded by Fullick. Motion carried 6-0. The board moved to set the first public hearing for Monday, March 23rd at 5:30 PM at the highest overall tax rate of $15.58569 based on the fact that SSA has not been set.
Board Training:
IASB Board Development Director, Tammi Drawbaugh spoke on the roles and responsibilities of a
school board and school board self-evaluation.
